Arising from the Adriatic Sea are the massive stone walls of the ancient city of Dubrovnik. For Angela, arriving here in her late twenties was not just another destination along her journey but a keystone for the foundation of experiences and worldly influence being built within her. The limestone pathways of this mythical city found their way into the depths of her heart and would lead to new roads and many experiences that would help to forge her worldview and inner style. Her profession as an elite guide and trip designer working for a premiere international active travel company would, throughout her twenties, give her a diverse education in European culture, fashion, cuisine, and art. Her work and travels led her from shared meals on the patio of a welcoming bourgeois Spanish family in Barcelona to the courtyard balconies overlooking olive and orange groves along the coastline of the Mediterranean Sea on the Island of Crete. She can still smell the aromas of the vast lavender fields and taste the elegance of fresh rose wine from the splendid vineyards and villas of southern France. Memories of a multi-day winery tour in Tuscany brings back visions of fields of flowers in bloom and farmstand fresh food in the hills and mountains of Italy. Seared into her collective consciousness, escaping to the Montenegro coastline, a guides week off, luxe all white cabana vibes and emerald blue water. A simple meal at a small café on the harbor with fresh caught fish and a glass of Montengrin wine. Throughout all her travels, she felt her palette begin to evolve with a growing understanding of her discoveries and the melding of each moment and experience, relishing in the unique characteristic and elemental qualities of each place along her voyage.
